The M-Pesa Cost Calculator effortlessly determines what the cost of your mobile money transactions will be based on the most recent transaction charges.
The app supports cost calculations for:
1. Kenya - Safaricom M-pesa
2. India - Vodafone M-pesa
3. Tanzania - Vodacom M-pesa
4. Bangladesh - bKash
Simply enter the amount you wish to send and immediately see:
1. What it will cost to send the amount to both registered and un-registered users. (all)
2. What the recipient will be charged to withdraw the amount at an Agent or ATM.
3. The minimum balance you need to have in order to complete the transaction. (all)
Finally, the app will show you the suggested amount to send so that the recipient does not incur additional charges withdrawing the funds from an authorised agent.
The rates for all providers used are current as of September 2014, should they change, we will update the application immediately.

This app is useless ,its actually dead,dont waste your phone storage .
Does this calculate when sending within Kenya? Or from outside Kenya? It doesnt support currency symbols to distinguish between different currencies. It doesnt allow for m-pesa transfer. Good idea I guess, but not quite ready.
Finally, a handy little app. No need to cram mpesa fees or squint at the mpesa tarrifs poster on my phone. Superb.
